Publishing Support Team Schedule

For each group, there will be a 3-week work cycle to review, revise, and approve for the grant. The deadline for materials to be turned in is the first Monday of your group’s cycle. You can expect an email reminder in the previous week to turn your materials in. Below are schedules for each group, and the rough outline of our goal, time-wise. Some projects may move faster or slower, depending on the projects. We ask that you please be available for communication and potential meetings during your entire 3-week cycle. Please note: we cannot allot time to work on projects outside of your group’s cycle. We encourage communication early and often, but be aware that your project will be a low priority outside of your cycle.
